What is accessibility?

At Cvent, we’re dedicated to making our products and websites usable by everyone, regardless of their abilities or circumstances.  

We firmly believe in the power of inclusive design and strive to create experiences that work for everyone. By prioritizing accessibility, we can ensure that all of our users can have a seamless experience with our products and websites, including people with disabilities. 

What we’re doing to improve accessibility 

Accessibility at Cvent is an ongoing effort, including: 

• Partnering with an online accessibility training provider to educate and equip our Cvent team with robust accessibility insights 
• Engaging an accessibility partner to test our products and write VPATs to verify conformance to The Worldwide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2, Level AA Conformance (WCAG 2.2 Level AA) 
• Designing web experiences that comply with WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines, such as using colors that pass WCAG contrast requirements of 4.5:1 or higher 
• Developing our software to ensure that it works with assistive technologies such as screen readers
